Charter Boat Tope Fishing
Tope fishing from the boat has been crazy this year, I can’t remember seeing so many fish spread over such a large area or so many big females. Lots and lots of fish in the 60 and 70 lb bracket.
This was just a few minutes of footage I got aboard Casey J Fishing Trips (Tel: 07624 300750 – Facebook – https://www.facebook.com/CaseyJFishingTrips/ ) out of Peel on a day when more than a dozen Tope were brought to the boat and released. All tackle was supplied and bait was caught fresh. I was only on this trip just to throw a few lures on my dads anniversary (tides wrong for my own boat) but thought some footage might help to show what to expect on a charter trip when big fish are coming aboard. Was all really well organised, other rods up on the first Tope run so the person hooked up had plenty of room to move. If the biggest fish you’ve caught is a Mackerel I’d strongly recommend a charter boat Tope fishing trip on Casey J just to show a little of what else is swimming in our waters.
